DagjeUtrecht (a trade name of Traxeo, Dutch Chamber of Commerce KvK 63330393) only processes personal data to handle requests and carry out bookings.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone - via the request form
• Company details (name, VAT number) if you would like to receive an invoice
• Your choices when planning your day (activities, date, number of people)

What we use it for

• To answer your request and prepare a quote
• To make bookings with the suppliers you have chosen
• To send you invoices and confirmations

Sharing with third parties

Only with the suppliers you have chosen yourself, and with our administration tools (WeFact for invoicing).

Retention period

Requests and related data: 7 years (Dutch statutory tax retention period).
